Here's an update on another quick release from our Sisu development team. The highlight of the release are comment threads and @tagging, that will allow you to work closer with your team as you manage data and transaction in Sisu.

How to use comments to collaborate between users in Sisu

If you look at your documents section of a transaction:

Or your tasks section of a transaction:

You'll notice a new icon for tracking comments and notes in each area, respectively. Here's what it looks like inside:

You can use this functionality to collaborate between team members on each task.

Each mention will spawn a notification to that user's email that will look like this:

In addition to these updates, we've also started shooting out email notifications if an admin marks a document as "rejected".

Updates to Skyslope Integration

We've been working hard on our Skyslope integration for the past few months. The value in this is that for any team/brokerage who uses Skyslope for compliance (i.e. your brokerage requires data entry into Skyslope to get paid) you can continue to manage all of your data in Sisu without having to re-enter it into any other system, such as Skyslope.

This release includes a handful of nice features to simplify the process and empower users sending data to Skyslope:

  • Better visibility into errors
  • Added a "lender" section for pushing mortgage partner data into Skyslope (much of which is usually tracked in Sisu)
  • Synching of the commission form portion of Sisu so that you don't have to re-enter commissions from Sisu into Skyslope.

Misc Updates

Other updates include, but are not limited to:

  • Updates to improve accuracy for the Days on Market calculation when looking at transactions YTD
  • Added the MLS Live Listings filter to the filter drawer
  • Live Listings can now show up in the closed and forecasted filter if they have a forecasted closed date. This allows you to build listings into your forecast if you desire.
  • In the commission form, you can calculate a post split adjustment based on a % of adjusted GCI, rather than only off of paid income. This will help build templates for teams with complex commissions structures.
