Employee Referral Reward Policy

Terms & Conditions

• For each employee referral hired, you will receive $1,500. This will be paid to you during the normal pay period.
• Your referral will need to be employed and in good standing (not be in a performance improvement program) for a period of 90 days to qualify for your employee referral reward.
• Hiring managers will receive employee referrals for any employee referral outside of their department (i.e. you can't directly hire all of your friends and make $87K 😂 )
