Yes. To collaborate on transactions your real estate partner needs to be a Sisu customer. We offer a generous ambassador/affiliate program if you want to earn commission and help us get all your real estate partners using Sisu.
We provide a highly trained support team to all of our customers, 9am – 5pm MST, 5 days a week via phone, in product chat and 1:1 Zoom sessions when needed.
Anyone you add to your account including yourself and your team members. We only bill for your Active users – not former users. You will not violate our license agreement if you want to pool administrative users (i.e. admin@brokerage.com).
We want to ensure that we are working with committed teams and users and will provide customer success team members to work with you during your free trial. You will not be charged if you decide not proceed with your free trial.
Signing up for your free 7-day trial will give you immediate access to the system and start collaborating with your real estate partners.
No, you will receive a 15% discount if you pay for a year subscription, so unfortunately you won’t receive a refund. If you have concerns, we would recommend you starting with a quarterly plan and then move to an annual plan to ensure that Sisu is right for your team. You will receive credit for your quarterly plan when you upgrade to your annual plan.
We require a 3-month commitment after your free trial, however you can cancel anytime after without any financial penalties.
