We want to make it very easy to evaluate Sisu and move forward fast with your BoomTown integration.
We provide a highly trained support team to all of our customers, 9am – 5pm MST, 5 days a week via phone, in product chat and 1:1 Zoom sessions when needed.
Anyone you add to your BoomTown user account including yourself. This includes administrators, TC’s, ISA’s and agents. We only bill for your Active users – not former agents and team members. We still maintain the historical information, however we only bill for those Active. You will not violate our license agreement if you want to pool administrative users such as admin or TC’s (i.e. tc@brokerage.com).
We want to ensure that we are working with committed real estate teams and brokerages and will provide customer success team members to work with you during your free trial. You will not be charged if you decide not proceed with your free trial.
We require a 3-month commitment after your free trial, however you can cancel anytime after without any financial penalties.
Signing up for your free 7-day trial will give you immediate access to the system. We will import your data, make sure that BoomTown is all connected and get you and your team trained. Check out our BoomTown + Sisu onboarding site for some helpful videos and information.
Absolutely! We offer a feature rich Apple iOS and Google Android version of Sisu.
We offer a recruiting version of Sisu that can be purchased for an additional minor expense. If you want to add recruiting to your plan, let us know!
Unfortunately we don't provide refunds. We recommend that you start with a quarterly trial first before you move to annual to ensure that Sisu is a fit (since you receive a 15% discount if you pay for a year subscription). You will receive credit for your quarterly plan when you upgrade to your annual plan. If you decide to stop using Sisu during your subscription term you will not receive a refund, however, you will still have access to the Sisu during the remainder of your term. If you terminate your subscription you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the unused remainder of your subscription.
