Sisu Premier includes a dedicated account manager for the life of your subscription.

We also provide dedicated email and built in chat support.

Anyone you add to your account including yourself. This includes administrators, TC’s, ISA’s and agents. We only bill for your Active users – not former agents and team members. We still maintain the historical information, however we only bill for those Active. You will not violate our license agreement if you want to pool administrative users such as admin or TC’s (i.e. admin@brokerage.com).

We want to ensure that we are working with committed real estate teams and brokerages and will provide customer success team members to work with you during your free trial. You will not be charged if you decide not proceed with your free trial.

We require a 3-month commitment after your free trial, however you can cancel anytime after without any financial penalties. You're only ever committed to what you've paid.

Signing up for your free 7-day trial will give you immediate access to the system. We will import your data, get you integrated with your CRM and compliance management systems and get you and your team trained. Check out our onboarding site for some helpful videos and information.

We don't provide refunds. We recommend that you start with a quarterly trial first before you move to annual to ensure that Sisu is a fit (since you receive a discount if you pay for a year subscription). You will receive credit for your quarterly plan when you upgrade to your annual plan. If you decide to stop using Sisu during your subscription term you will not receive a refund, however, you will still have access to the Sisu during the remainder of your term. If you terminate your subscription you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the unused remainder of your subscription. Like most software subscriptions, your subscription will automatically renew for the next available term (i.e. if you are on a monthly/quarterly/annual plan, it will automatically renew monthly/quarterly/annual). You will receive several email notifications prior to your automated renewal.
