Jeremy caught the startup bug 20 years ago and since then has founded 6 companies and successfully exited 4 of them. His most recent was WorkSpace which was acquired in Q4 2019. Jeremy now is part of Watertower Ventures as a General Partner.
Rick Davidson is currently the CEO of Cairn Real Estate Holdings and is the Owner of JPAR Real Estate and JPAR Franchising, LLC. As the former Global CEO of Century 21 Real Estate, Rick led an organization of 8,000 offices and 125,000 sales professionals across 80 countries. He was previously the President and Chief Operating Officer for Coldwell Banker Commercial and Coldwell Banker Real Estate, both multi-national corporations.
As Vice President at Sandlot Partners since August 2021, Alden Funk brings extensive finance industry experience. He previously served as an Associate at Vista Equity Partners (2019-2021) and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard (2017-2019). Alden holds a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University.
Frank is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Sisu and Sympli (our Sisu company dedicated to building and scaling realtor owned, tech enabled, mortgage brokerages). He was the co-founder of New Dawn Technologies who successfully exited to Journal Technologies in 2012.
